CO.L.MAR. designs and builds underwater acoustics system entirely from concept and based on customer needs: starting from a simple hydrophone to multi channels arrays, complete to telemetry and processing units.
The company has acquired the technical knowledge from its founder Alessandro Barbagelata who has been working at NATO for more than 30 years, with increasing levels of responsibility in the underwater acoustics research program.
Our equipment is also increasingly used for bioacoustics research on the part of public and private higher education institutions.
