An innovative tool responding to the increasing need for measuring the noise source at sea.

The buoy, can be launched by the unit (vessel, ship, etc.) to be measured. The buoy will drift acquiring acoustic and positional data, which in real time, are sent back to the unit via a wideband wireless link. The unit will then be able to measure its own acoustic emission.
