Open positions
CO.L.MAR. carries out activities in the sectors of marine geophysical surveys, underwater acoustics and the search for leaks in pressurized underwater pipelines in the Oil & Gas sector and is looking to expand its technical staff for geophysical surveys at sea.
Position: training internship and, subsequently, permanent employment
Contract applied: CCNL Metalworkers and Industry
Profile n.1 Order management and quality assurance manager, both male and female
Recent graduate with a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in mechanical or management engineering
Experience in production planning
Knowledge of quality assurance logics
Knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word Excel PowerPoint Project)
Knowledge of Autocad or similar programs (Solid Edge)
Available for travel in Italy and abroad
Good predisposition to work in a team
Driving license B
Place of work: La Spezia

Responsible for the production process
Tasks:
- Set up and implement a rational and verifiable logistics management, ensuring the management of material procurement, production planning and product shipping activities with a view to continuously improving customer satisfaction. Furthermore, manage one or more projects ensuring that they are processed correctly, according to the defined contractual conditions and in compliance with the agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage production quality, ensuring the functioning of the system.
- Be the contact for all non-conformities and corrective actions.
- Draw up, in collaboration with other company bodies, the procedures for the correct functioning of company processes.
Requirements: fluent in English.
