Pool for acoustic calibration measurement
On June 14th, 2021 Colmar has completed the acquisition of the Acoustic Calibration Pool Facility: an indoor area of about 400sqm including a pool 14x11m in horizontal and 8m deep. The pool, built in the 80’ by the company USEA, is one of the largest indoor testing pool in Europe include a 4Tons crane an air-conditioned laboratory.
The pool has been equipped with new acoustic calibration equipment including National Instrument hardware and dedicated SMA software.
The facility is used for calibration of Colmar Hydrophone but is also available for rental.
